We will do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins. Please call two days prior to confirm your stay & arrival time.

A credit card deposit of 50% of tarif is required at the time the reservation is made with the exception of the following: Payment in full is required with reservations made within 7 days of check-in date and Elopement & Massage Packages.
For Reservations with 72 hours prior to check in date requirement the following applies:
*Reservation Cancellation/Date Modification:
72 hours or more prior to arrival date will receive a refund of deposit less a Service Charge of $20.00.
*Reservation Cancellation/Date Modification:
Less than 72 hours prior to reservation date . A total of the cancellation service fee along with the cost of ½ stay will be forfeited with the balance credited on a Campbell House gift card to be used on a future visit .
Note: Cancellation/Date Modification differs for the following:
Stays of 3 days or more Local Special Events Booking multiple rooms.

*Week-Day Business Travel:
24 hour notice is required to receive a refund of deposit less a Service Fee of $20.00.
*NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR NO-SHOWS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS.
