Campbell House Bed & Breakfast Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Deposit Required:

A credit card deposit of 50% of tarif is required at the time the reservation is made with the exception of the following: Payment in full is required with reservations made within 5 days of check-in date and Elopement & Massage Packages.

Cancellation Policy:

(Policy & cancellation service fee differs for *Week-Day Business Travelers Reservations, Packages, Holidays, Local Special Events & Extended Stay) Please check with Innkeeper! :)

For Reservations with 72 hours prior to check in date requirement the following applies:

*Reservations Cancelled 72 hours or more prior to arrival date will receive a refund of deposit less a Service Charge of $20.00.

*Reservation Date Modification 72 hours or more prior to arrival date will be assessed a Charge of $20.00...If we are able to rebook the room, this charge will be waived.

*Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date: A total of the cancellation service fee along with the cost of ½ stay will be forfeited with the balance credited on a gift card to be used on a future visit .

*Reservation Date Modification made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed the cost of one night's stay. If we are able to rebook the room, the cost of one night's stay less $20.00 will be credited to your next visit.

*Week-Day Business Travel 24 hours notice is required to receive a refund of deposit less a Service Fee of $20.00.

*NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR NO-SHOWS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS.

Check-In 3 PM to 7 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins. Please call two days prior to confirm your stay & arrival time. Check-Out by 11:30 AM
